1. Shopping with SwanPro
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Please provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information.
You may not use our website for unlawful purposes, fraudulent transactions, or activities that interfere with its operation.
2. Product Information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, ingredient information, prices, and images. Colors may appear different depending on your screen, lighting, and individual skin tone. Packaging may change.

3. Product Use

4. Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you submit your order.
Payments are processed through the payment providers available at checkout. SwanPro does not receive your full payment card details through those providers.
Prices and offers may change for future purchases. Changes will not retrospectively alter an accepted order.
5. Orders and Availability
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Orders remain subject to payment verification and product availability.
If an item becomes unavailable, or a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel the affected items and refund any payment collected for them.
We may decline orders reasonably suspected of fraud or other unlawful activity.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the destinations available at checkout. Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order.
Any stated processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice of agreeing to a revised shipping date or cancelling the unshipped items for a refund. Where no shipping timeframe is stated, we will follow applicable shipping deadlines.
If a package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but has not arrived, contact info@swanprocosmetics.com so we can investigate with the carrier.
7. Cancellations and Changes
To request a cancellation or address correction, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will accommodate requests where possible before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Eligible returns are handled under our Returns and Refund Policy.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact info@swanprocosmetics.com promptly. Include your order number and photographs where possible.

Promotions and coupons are subject to the eligibility requirements, exclusions, and expiration dates disclosed with each offer.
Discounts cannot be combined unless the offer expressly permits it. Refunds for discounted purchases are based on the amount actually paid for the returned items.

Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content, or another person’s private information.
We may moderate content that violates these requirements. We do not remove reviews solely because they are negative.
By submitting a review for publication, you allow SwanPro to display that review and your chosen display name on our website. We will seek separate permission before using identifiable customer photographs in advertising.

SwanPro branding, original text, photography, graphics, and other website materials belong to SwanPro or their respective rights holders.
You may browse and share links for personal use. Commercial reproduction or use of our materials requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
